Hi everyone,

while decluttering my basement today, I stumbled on a bunch of old instructions
(specifically, Café Corner and Green Grocer). They are in perfect condition,
but in my head they are worth zero (I won't part with the models, and instructions
exist in digital form). Can someone confirm this, so I can toss them away without
thinking they could have a better use?

Thank you

Both are valuable, do not throw away.

Thank you Stuart! To what extent are modular buildings instructions to be saved?
(that you know)

Holy cannoli!!!! Yes, I know exactly what to do with those then, all for sale,
and all in the safe until sold!

Thank you (also, didn't know you could filter for instructions, I thought
these were the prices for the set)

If you keep them 10/10, they'll be easy to sell.
can even increase value over time.

Yeah, I'm putting them in a proper place and maintain their condition at
the best of my possibility
