Hello,

I have several hundreds pieces in several Wanted Lists. I have just received
an order of dozens of pieces from some of these Wanted Lists.

Instead of manually go to each list and remove the new pieces, is there a way
to automatically withdraw those new pieces from my lists? In other words: can
the system update my Wanted Lists based on my recent order?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

The only tool is “Apply Order”: a button in each Wanted List (top right).  It
modifies the “Have” field.

BUT, it doesn’t remember anything, so you can apply it multiple times on the
same WL.  That can cause problems when you have the same part in different WL
(say 10x in one WL, 20x in another, and you bought 25x, it will say both WLs
are fulfilled).

Best solution is either:
1. Use third-party tools: BrickStore (app) or Rebrickable (website, but has its
own catalogue so there’s conversions needed).

or 2. Make an “ordered” WL with each of your orders (button at the bottom of
the order details) and then search each order in your WLs.  The “ordered” items
will be in the results next to the “wanted” items and you’ll then easily see
the quantities and edit the entries.

Thank you for this very comprehensive reply!
I will try with your trick.

I don't now if the functionality I was suggesting is on the roadmap for the
Bricklink website but it would definitely be a very useful feature.
