1. AFAICT, it’s not a LEGO part.
2. No link to sites that sell LEGO please.

| Regularly found in boxes of bricks, some of the clones normally hidden amongst
“ all genuine Lego “ purchases. 
Not here of course, garage / car boots sales and some other internet sites.
