Mi rivolgo soprattutto agli admin
Mi ha fatto un ordine una persona che ovviamente non ha letto i termini e condizioni
del negozio.
Ha fatto un ordine con spedizione poi mi messaggia dicendomi che lo avrebbe preso
di persona. Mi manda messaggi al quale io lavorando non ho potuto leggere anche
perchè non mi ha contattato direttamente sul messaggio dell'ordine.
Mi minaccia dicendomi che mi avrebbe messo un feedback negativo e avrebbe annullato
l'ordine.
Ho risposto correttamente dicendogli che nei termini e condizioni del negozio
ho 3 giorni di tempo per rispondere e preparare l'ordine. (arrivo ordine
21 settembre annullato il 23 settembre) Poi quando annulla l'ordine mette
che io non ho risposto alle email.
Perche mi avete levato i punti al feedback solo perchè una persona ignorante
e maleducata con solo 9 feedback non sa come funziona bricklink e si permette
di scrivere quelle cose?
E' possibile riavere i punti dato che non ho commesso nessuna infrazione.

Good evening
I am mainly addressing admins
An order was placed by a person who obviously did not read the terms and conditions
of the shop.
He placed an order with shipping then messages me telling me he would pick it
up in person. He sends me messages that I was unable to read while working also
because he didn't contact me directly on the order message.
He threatens me by telling me that he would give me negative feedback and cancel
the order.
I responded correctly by telling him that in the shop's terms and conditions
I have 3 days to respond and prepare the order. (order arrived September 21st
canceled September 23rd) Then when he cancels the order he says that I didn't
respond to the emails.
Why did you take away my feedback points just because an ignorant and rude person
with only 9 feedback doesn't know how bricklink works and allows himself
to write those things?
It's possible to get the points back since I didn't commit any infractions.

Do you mean he gave you a positive feedback (+1 point?), then maybe he removed
it?

That's his decision, you can't do anything, sorry.

Maybe it was positive but with negative and forbidden content?

or here: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register with the
same address as on the main site).
The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).
(Note that the tickets are shown as “closed” as soon as they get an answer. 
That doesn’t mean they are closed / dismissed / rejected / ….  It’s just how
the UI works.)
