This is Lego, hollow stud, but have gone through all multiple times, there is
one I found but without the dimple and eye crease.

I considered just changing "crooked smile" to "lopsided grin"
to head this off in the future, but the catalog has about as many crooked smiles
as it does lopsided grins.
