The gist of it is that Fedex didnt seal the envelope for the package I sent and
the package was lost. I refunded the buyer in full and yet I was given a complaint
feedback. I wish that there was a way for reasonable people to remove the complaint,
I filed a feedback removal but this case doesn't seem to fall on the conditions
given.

I'm not sure if Fedex works differently for your country, but here, they
have a very convenient pick up service so I can leave the package with our lobby
guard and they pick it up there. The problem is they don't provide the pouches
where you put the waybills in, I have to put the waybill inside the envelope
and they are the ones who attach the pouch and seal the envelope. The picture
provided by fedex as proof showed the envelope but the plastic strip for the
gum wasn't even removed.

I've lost the figs, I lost the money I paid for shipping, and got a complaint
as a bonus.

It definitely feels unfair, but as sellers it is our responsibility to get the
order to the buyer. If we choose to have Fedex carry it instead of carrying
it ourselves, we are responsible for how Fedex does at that.

Rework your business so this doesn't happen in the future.
Buy the pouches yourself from a supply company.

If the pouches have to be made by Fedex, which I doubt, tell the person who picks
up your packages to bring you an extra 100 or so. (or call Fedex and tell them
you need a supply) Believe me, they don't want to do the extra work of attaching
them to your packages.

In US, buyer is responsible for all packaging with FedEx. I would never trust
a shipping agency to seal a package.

Fedex has been pretty good with my packages despite the set-up, i've sent
over 100 packages without issue, i"ve called them and they said they'll
send some pouches to me, I don't know why they don't have it available
for request on the website along with the envelopes and boxes.

Thank you to the great people of bricklink for removing the complaint. I'm
a buyer myself and I understand that some things are beyond the seller's
control. Thank you for understanding.

Fedex found my package in china, their customer service was in touch through
the process and was really helpful. They asked for a picture of what's inside
and somehow found the package in another country. This is probably the best customer
service i've received ever.
