| Hi together.
I've a strange problem.
No matter which shop I select, the part quantity is always displayed as zero,
but in the summary line it shows xxx items in xxx lots. I can't select any
catagory.
I tried a private browser session with not logging in and there was the same
problem. The problem persist when I use a different web browser.
I tried another PC which connects over my company's public IP and everything
works.
I guess that my public IP is somehow blocked? Is this possible. But why?
Thanks for any help in advance.

| Youve done to much browsing for the day by the sounds of it. Wait till after
daily maintenance (1 am est) and you’ll be good to go.
Bricklink has to limit the “calls” people can make for data each day as bricklink
is a very valuable resource and without limits it would cause issues

Ah, thank you for clarification. I never thought I'm clicking that fast😉...
But I think I "scrolled" too fast through the color filter searching
for a part in as many colors as possible (not knowing about the API/calls limit)😞.

Ive experienced this a couple of times in the past. It happened when I copied
an URL and pasted it in another Browser. Did you do that? Or was it just coincidence
in my case?
And yes, its ip which gets blocked.

If you use multiple browsers / devices with the same IP, they can’t share the
cache (especially images), and that quickly eats your aloted number of calls.

AFAIK, the images don't count towards the limit. The catalog images are stored
on a different server than the pages. I've encountered the problem with downloading
a series of JSON-only store page fragments (i.e. without images) after only a
few hundred calls.

Oh, good to know. Thanks for the info
It’s been a while it happened to me: I look for my WL or a very limited number
of categories, I don’t look for all the parts in all the stores

I’ve seen this happen at least once. My impression is that it may be related
to looking for reserved items, and your session is only showing you reserved
items. Hope you can sort it out.
