| I'm based in the UK and have sold to Germany.
The buyer paid me manually through Paypal.
I have the money and have posted the order.
Bricklink thinks they have not paid.
At his end he can see the "pay" button but if they click on it, it takes
them to Paypal to pay again.
At my end I cannot change the status to Paid, then Shipped. I have tried this
on the Order Received page and the Edit Order page (where Payment Status is greyed
out).
Is there a way for me (or them) to override the system?
It is for neatness really. I have the money and they will get the bricks.

Hi,
The problem is that if the order was below €150, you also have the Germany import
VAT money that you have no right to collect and no way to remitt.
BL is the one who should have that VAT money.
So, if the order was below €150 and included Germany import VAT, the only solution
is to refund the buyer and ask them to pay Onsite.
Otherwise, you and the buyer will have committed tax evasion.
See this official post: https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1401495
If the order was above €150 and no VAT was to be collected by BL, then you maybe
could change the payment method to an offsite one… which you don’t have at the
moment.
So you’ll need to talk to the Help desk.
You can do that here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/help/contact.page or here:
https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register with the same address
as on the main site)
The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).
Note that it’ll be useless to ask anything to the Help desk if VAT was due.
They’ll just tell you to have the buyer pay Onsite and will talk about tax evasion
and maybe act on it.

Thank you, I'll speak to the buyer.
