Please contact your ISP (internet service provider) and ask them to unblock emails
that come from BrickLink, esepcially from blservice.com.
|
It helps not to fell into SPAM to set up a DMARC:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMARC
And also DKIM and SPF of course (I think you've got an SPF).
All those should be set up for a site like yours with hundred of thousand customers

Happening to me since a few days ago too, will try to contact my ISP and see,
I suppose you mean the address blservice@bricklink.com
But I do get message email copies from that BL email, just no order emails...

Although they use the same e-mail address, they come from different internal
servers.
And from that they go through different mail server as well.
Messages: blsmtp02.bricklink.com
Orders: blsmtp.bricklink.com
So maybe one is blocked by an ISP (or anti-SPAM server) and the other is not.
Just checked and they both don't seem to be on any list.
But it might be on a Microsoft blocklist. A lot of people/hosters ares using
MS tools and servers.
BL should be able to see if they receive any bounce mails and work from there.
This is not something individual users can (or should) fix.
And yes they also should fix DMARC (SPF and DKIM)

Thanks for the details, my uncle is the sysadmin of my webserver and mailserver
for the stellarbricks dot com domain, so when he has time he can check if something
is really happening on our end.

They didn't???
I'm talking about this for 6 months maybe.
This could be THE problem.

They have a SPF record, but I could not find a DKIM for email.
For email bricklink is using bricklink-com.mail.protection.outlook.com which
appears to be an open relay. Open relays are often blocked by other ISP, but
I doubt outlook.com would have an open relay, so something does not make sense.

That's bad nowadays, IMHO
There's so much SPAM that providers have decided (with reasons) to not accept
SPAM instead of storing it either in the client Inbox or SPAM inbox.

Outlook? Bad.

| All my email notifications and messages from this site have also stopped arriving.
It is not the spam settings on either my end or my ISP's end, I have checked
both repeatedly.

I am receiving BL email normally. But then, I’m in the USA, and many of the people
reporting this are outside USA. If anyone is using gmail, and having this problem,
go to your spam folder, select the email(s) in question, and click on NOT SPAM.
Gmail will eventually get enough user feedback, and will stop marking them as
spam. This might have been caused by too many people clicking SPAM, instead of
merely deleting unwanted emails (e.g. wanted notifications).

Very sorry, but it doesn't work like this since SPF, DKIM and DMARC (few
years ago, especially recently I'd say 2022/2023, at least here in Europe?)
The e-mails do NOT arrive anywhere, they're directly ignored by the server.
The end user don't see them, can't make them white-list or such.
End users have no control about the rejection by the server.
