| After ~5 years of selling, I received the first NSS. Order was shipped and received.
Buyer ordered 2x part# 30409 in Reddish Brown. Buyer receives them, but says
I sent two brown ones, and demands I send 2 reddish brown ones...
I attached of photo (which I sent to the buyer) of the lot I purchased them in.
All the comparable pieces are reddish brown. Buyer still insists they are brown.
I proceed to shake my head... lol. Twice over I explained to the buyer that
the "brown" ones of this pieces are very rare, came in only 1 set in
2000 and worth about $40+ each (instead of the $5 each for the reddish brown
he purchased.)
So anyway, I offered a refund, but apparently buyer is done communicating, never
would provide a photo or say what other brown/reddish brown pieces he's comparing
them with to decide they are definitively brown. He told me to be honest... yikes.
Would you agree that buyers that aren't "Lego educated" can be a
tad problematic?
Any suggestions on how to proceed? I don't know much about the NSS process,
so now I'll have to read up on it and waste some more time on this
Thanks in advance.

You can respond to the NSS with these photos and comments, if you haven't
already done so.
It then depends on what BrickLink reckons is true.
I'm pretty sure you're honest, and BrickLink should remove the NSS.
Cheers ...

| In addition to being unable to discern LEGO colors, the buyer is crazy for not
accepting what they believe to be Brown Leia hairs instead of Reddish Brown.
It's sort of like when I ordered 20-some 2X2X3 slopes in dark gray, and when
the order arrived, 1 of them was a corner 2X2X3 slope in dark gray. I
did not complain one bit!
