| Hello, I'm looking for a brick like the 2399, Wedge 3 1/2 x 4 without Stud
Notches, but without the square brick in the middle, just the two wedges either
side. I've looked under every wedge part but I can't anything that matches
what I'm after or what could substitute as a replacement part. Can you help
me?

If you want 1-stud-wide parts, they don’t exist.
The best you can do is use this part on its side:

I see, I suppose there is no easy of cutting the piece up either to remove square
brick and leave wedges.

It's fine to cut LEGO parts - as long as you glue the remaining pieces.

| This is a bit of a stretch, but maybe these? They can be angled inward, if there's
a tile instead of a plate under the door.
