an order with me, but my problem is: He does not answer my emails for payment
or for any other reason, "e.g. when will the payment be made?" ,...,
he hasn't paid (IBAN) to date, but I'm surprised that he has currently
received 10 positive ratings from a ... today, on the one hand again 2 ratings
from someone ... and on 06/18/2023 Received 5 positive ratings from ... is this
normal?
I don't want to be hasty, but in most cases the transfer is credited to the
account the next day at the latest. I've already read the negative reviews
but before I conclude this is... I'd rather get a second/third opinion on
it, secondly his seller privileges are forfeited.
I would look forward to answers or assistance that have already had experience
with ... in the past.

Had the sellers gone through the NPB process, then it is likely that this buyer
would have had their privileges revoked. Instead, they likely just canceled
the order and moved on.

Be careful with that guy. He received an order I shipped to him and started a
Paypal chargeback stating that the items were not as expected. He refused to
communicate what the problem was, but started a NSS, demanded that I resend the
order AND stated that he indented the complete the Paypal chargeback. So essentially
he wanted to have to order twice, not pay for it and give me a NSS penalty on
top of that. Bricklink removed the NSS of course, but Paypal refunded the payment
so that he got the order for free. He gave me a negative feedback of course.
From his feedback profile it can bee seen that he has pulled the same trick on
a number of other sellers too.

I cannot see the problem. He does seem to have paid for a huge number of orders
even if occasionally he doesn't pay.
Don't pick it until he pays. If he doesn't pay after a week, file an
NPB and you haven't lost anything aside from not having the items in your
store for a short time.

Not sure if I am looking at the right store but on the terms page it says Suspended
for violation of BL Terms of service. Again as others have said, wait 5 days
and open an NPB, complete it in 7 days .
