Hi fellows,

I've had a negative experience with the seller (as I'm a seller as well
I don't buy a lot in Bricklink), and I don't know whether I did wrong
or not.

So, basically the seller I've bought items from hasn't responded to any
of my messages (like 5 o 6), sent me items without telling me the tracking number
and when received, some of the pieces were in a bad condition or in a wrong color.
I put a negative feedback as all of the mentioned above but therefore wrote him
a message (via Bricklink) regarding why I've put a negative.

At the end I mentioned that I wanted to put a neutral but put a negative and
asked him whether he doesn't agree with it and would like to resolve the
issue somehow.

Now I'm reading that this can be a feedback extortion as I've offered
to remove a feedback if he does something for me.

Am I right or it's a normal way of communication?

Thx.

I think it's better to ask the seller about resolving the issue before leaving
feedback.

Instead of asking anything, simply first start an NSS alert, and try to solve
with the Seller while posting inside the alert page (not outside).

Then later on if needed, start a PayPal claim if possible.

Remove your feedback and then try to open communications about your order. If
none, file a NSS/NRS and then, if not satisfied, leave a Negative.
