Someone tried to order an item from my store but couldn't place the order
due to the attached message about the package dimensions. The item is 6097 Night
Lord's Castle and is not in a box so I don't know why there is an issue
with dimensions. Can anyone assist with info on how to correct the issue?

The maximum weight for your shipping method seems to be 1800 grams and the weight
of the order is 1785 grams.

Does your shipping method have any tolerances set (it is in the lower part of
the edit page for the shipping method, under the header "Restrictions and
Adjustments". It might be the base weight or the weight margin percentage.

Max weight: Total allowed weight for the shipping method (including packaging,
padding, bags, etc).
Weight margin: a percentage you can set to count for example for weight uncertainties.
It is calculated based on the order weight. In your case: X% of 1785 grams.
Base weight: can be used as a fixed value for the weight of the packaging material.
In your case, if the value here is 15 grams or more, the order goes above the
maximum of 1800 grams.

Add a manual invoice only shipping method for items larger than your shipping
methods.
