| Hello community,
Is there anyone can confirm VAT should not applied on the grand total? I see
BL calculates VAT adding shipping as tax base, i'm pretty sure VAT should
be calculated only on items value.

VAT is normally charged on shipping if you have to charge VAT on an order. Shipping
is a service that is taxable. Otherwise, dodgy sellers would give away items
for free but with high shipping costs that cannot be combined.
