Hi!
Situation: I wanted to by some bricks from another country of EU. Orderprozess:
1. choose Items 2. confirm order 3. Seller tells me in order summery, that shipping
costs of about 12,50EUR bricks-order of about 25EUR. 4. payment
I decided to cancel this order because of high shipping costs and to order elsewhere.
Problem: I can not cancel order in this process.
In my opionion, it is by law the customers right to know full price before fix
order.
Question: How to handle with this?

The full price was shown at checkout, then you placed your order.

You can contact the seller and request to cancel the order.

If you want to check the total charges before agreeing to the purchase, you need
to use Instant Checkout or Request a Quote.

See other replies.
When you like to cancel, politely ask the seller for a cancelation. The seller
can cancel the order.
The seller can choose to report the order as a "Non Paying Buyer", which
basically will auto-cancel the order after a number of days and remove your option
to leave feedback while the seller can still give you feedback (and even negative
if the seller decides so).

As a seller, I prefer the NPB process as it avoids the seller getting negative
feedback. As the seller, I rarely give negative feedback afterwards in such situations.
Unless the buyer was rude (or never responded to payment requests, not even asking
for a cancelation).
