I thought it was possible to use PayPal to pay for things on Brinklink but that
there was an option to NOT create a PayPal account.
On the payment screen it says to log in OR supply payment details. I add my
card info and at the bottom of the screen my only choice is to create a PayPal
account and continue. This does not happen to me on Rebrickable.com so why is
it like this on Bricklink?

Hi,

From previous forum posts and threads, it indeed seems that option is not possible
with PayPal Onsite (PayPal for marketplaces) on BrickLink.

On the other hand, whether you’ve or not a PayPal account, PayPal collects the
same data.  But if you don’t have an account, your protection as a buyer is limited.

The other solution is to use Stripe.

First make sure your browser cache & history is cleared. On the first paypal
screen enter an email address that is NOT tied to your paypal account. That
looks like it kicks off the ability to pay w/out an account. I didn't go
any further than this....
