In the last hour or two I have been messaging stores that I placed orders with
and had an issue with an item or more.

I’ve been very polite and asked if the items could be replaced, leaving it to
them to suggest a resolution.

I now find my self stoplisted by someone, seriously !

I’ll not lose sleep over it but I do wonder what their reaction would have been
if I’d just posted negative feedback, I’ve already posted positive feedback for
a couple of these stores as the odd mistake is not the end of the world.

Now to check if they’ve posted negative feedback too.

I expect that’s what will happen in most cases as they won’t have replacement
parts, one has already replied that they have sourced another part and will forward.

That’s exceptional service, something I do myself wherever possible.

One other will sort when back at home and another has already refunded for the
parts, I’m not expecting extras of any sort.

I now have to re-order all the items I’ve rejected, surprisingly few compared
to the number of individual pieces I ordered over 21 orders, quite surprised
as there were many heads.

While mistakes etc. happen, it's what the seller does afterwards that makes
all the difference.

This month has been pretty much the same as every other month to me - I've
bought lots of small orders and found some spot on (or even exceptional), some
OK and some very lacking and the support has been similar - spot on (or even
exceptional), some OK and some very definitely lacking. Hey ho.

I've been tempted to leave Negative feedback for a couple, but didn't
in the end. None of the missing/incorrect parts were expensive or valuable, just
annoying and time-consuming. Most sellers really do a cracking job though, so
praise to all of those. To everyone else, pull your damned socks up and get a
wriggle on!

+1 yah i just went thru a few orders the other day and 1 or 2 of them had 100%
damaged. I'm not even talking about a little damage I'm talking about
crazy heavy scratching, cracked torsos/arms, bitemarks, etc. its not even worth
the time to message them its so common. all it means is that ill never order
from them again so its their loss in the end. its crazy what some people list
tho

Oh.. I do not know is that true, but i am never the one to take part to any competition
about being beautiful. But the older men get, usually after certain age they
find other things than outer beauty in a woman, that interests them 😂 So, no.
I do not wear any make up, do not have any silicon filling in lips or places
under my head and am curvy not athletic looking. And am satisfied with my height
and ok with my body type. Sorry if i said too much 🤭

I have ordered from many Canadian stores and also few other stores in Europe.
Never had any experience like yours. At least, I got a refund for missing parts.
For parts with variations that some sellers may miss, I add a note to make sure
they send me the correct variants.

My rough guess is that you don't carefully check their feedback history and
their terms.

Not true, I check every stores terms, splash page, feedback etc.that I consider
purchasing from, a number of them are always excluded.

A couple stated that their items will have small marks, wear etc and I’ve excluded
those from my list of stores to ask for a resolution, accepted and scrapped those
parts.

I have already posted feedback to those, both positive with a note saying mixed
quality as per terms.

The items were damaged or the odd wrong part, none were wrong variations, the
majority were bite marks, somewhere in the 90% range.

Only one part missing out of hundreds ordered, very good from that perspective,
the quality of the majority of items was very good/excellent.

Sometimes I get the impression that there are sellers who think they're doing
buyers a favor allowing them to order from their stores.

Most offers, quotes, requests for photos etc go nowhere on BL so I'm not
surprised you were ignored. Stoplisting is a bit much though. Given your buying
profile I would have answered.

I constantly get this for sets I list on feebay regardless of whether or not
I have best offer enabled. Seller sends a message asking if I would consider
a discount, I send an offer and nothing ever happens. So now i ignore these messages
unless there's an actual number.

Hi. Sorry to hear that u had bad experiences. What i have read your postings
here, you seem like a very nice man, so i do not know why all the sellers have
not reacted different way about when you have said what things you would like
to be changed. Have not read all replies to you when i write this. But i hope
it does not happen to you anymore that negative way of reacting to your wishes.

Most sellers are responding well to my issues, it’s only an odd one so far, still
waiting to hear from a couple.

I would not worry too much about 1 store that has stop listed you. I had to check
my own stop list and there are now 9 shops that have stop listed me and only
1 of them have I ever bought from (maybe 2), so I have to assume these shops
stop listed me for something I posted here in the forum. Thier loss!

What was the issue with your order?
Unless I am obviously not getting what I have paid for, e.g. wrong set, fake
bricks, used but said to be new and sealed. I don't normally return anything,
it will cause a lot of troubles to me and the seller. I don't even return
if the seal is broken for a new set.

Having placed a couple more orders, parts were excellent, I’ve looked at numerous
stores.

It seems that the majority are now adding disclaimers to used regarding condition.

Terms often have a disclaimer but increasingly there is an additional note on
parts, almost always heads, stating “may have scratches, nicks, dents “ etc,
even those with premium prices, some seriously premium.

It’s become almost impossible to find someone who lists any in very good condition.

Other parts have been extremely good in the main even though they don’t list
as very good / excellent.

Heads are definitely a different issue, I’d have binned them myself.

Some even state that the heads are not differentiated, they list solid and blocked
open stud together, blocked open stud with hollow and presumably hollow with
the newest type.

Used heads are becoming so difficult to find in good condition and new will be
a problem if not listed correctly.

Sadly I’m having to give up rebuilding figures that are missing heads or have
damaged heads, it takes several attempts to get a decent part, far too costly.

I’ll not lose sleep over it but I do wonder what their reaction would have been
if I’d just posted negative feedback, I’ve already posted positive feedback for
a couple of these stores as the odd mistake is not the end of the world.

Now to check if they’ve posted negative feedback too.
