| Hi everyone,
is there any possibility to see the net weight of a set?
Thanks for helping me!

Hi,
What do you mean by NET weight ?
Without Box and Instructions ?
If not, every set has normally its weight indicated.

Hi,
What do you mean by NET weight ?
Without Box and Instructions ?
|
That’s what NET weight would mean
AFAIK, you will have to sum all the individual weights.
Maybe BrickStore can do it for you.
Problem: the same part can have different weights IRL, depending on colour (transparent
parts in PC are heavier) or depending on the variant.
| If not, every set has normally its weight indicated.
|
Note that this one can vary too IRL: some sets have leaflets / catalogues or
different versions of the instructions (different language for instance).

You could make an educated guess by taking the weight of the set and subtracting
the weights of the box and instructions.
e.g.
The weight of the set, in box, is 1758g; the weight of the instructions is 290g;
and the weight of the box is 264g. So the parts plus bags (which are *very* light)
should weigh about 1204g (approximately 2 lbs 10 oz). Of course BL doesn't
have weights for every box and instruction booklet.
