| I’m looking for sellers with big inventories of parts, who sell them by the pound.

Sorry I can't help you, I sell by kilos 
No kidding.
I think eBay, Craiglist or garage sales and such are the best for cheap huge
quantities of Used. Quality varies.
But don't neglect new prices; depending the part of course, they're sold
even for less than Used. Shipping is another problem to consider...

Only just seeing this response, but we have begun sorting by colors. I have probably
over 200 pounds each of used Black, White, DBG, LBG bricks separated so far.
If these aren't sold in bulk lots, they'll be secondarily sorted for
listing in my shop. Normal prices are at $10 a pound for unsorted used bulk,
would $14 a pound be worth it for color sorted used bulk?
