I need some help if anyone knows.

I had to disconnect my automatic payments with shipstation because I was having
issues. I wanted to reconnect it and I cannot figure it out. I try to login
to shipstation but I don’t technically have an account. I just use shipstation
through PayPal. Until I get this fixed it won’t let me purchase shipping labels.
I have tried to google and figure it out and cannot. I have tried to call shipstation
and can’t seem to find any live person to talk to.

What can I do? I’m so frustrated.

Have you tried creating a separate ShipStation account and linking it to your
PayPal account?
