| Today our store got suspended.
We would like to get a copy of our inventory, so we do not lose all the work
we put into it.
Thank you

| Hello,
I use brickstore to put together my uploads / part out sets. And what I do periodically
is import my inventory and save a copy in case something breaks.

Tip for buyers: You can download your e-mails, then convert them to a spreadsheet.

Simpler to just download your orders directly: https://www.bricklink.com/orderPlaced.asp
For OP: there should be a similar page for your store’s inventory… but my inventory
is empty, so I don’t know where that is.
Anyway, BrickStore seems the easiest solution. (I think it keeps tab of ID &
name changes. Such changes can be a pain if you have a newer download you want
to reconcile with an older one.)

That's ideal. I was trying to recover specific item details from purged orders.

Yes, you should do this!
If you don't use BrickStore, at least download every day this file:
https://www.bricklink.com/invExcel.asp
See the below settings, they'll be remembered.
It's an XML file, you'll be able to do something with it like import
it in BrickStore with no problem. You could edit it in Notepad++ and do everything
yourself, but it may be a bit more complicated. Anyway, when you've this
file, you're safe.
Please NAME this file differently every day adding the date in prefix, put them
in the same folder, like:
2023-02-22 invxml.txt
2023-02-21 invxml.txt
...

I think you lose access to the store data including the API to access it, or
else you could easily download a backup using BLS Manager, BrickStore, or plain
XML.
When you get access again, install an automated backup tool.
For now, I'd request a backup from BrickLink.
