Was a while I didn’t open my store page and found this message “store privileges
revoked” I contacted already help center 3 or 4 times.
Always ignored.
Is there another way to chat with someone can help me for real from the stuff?

This isn't a payment issue

Avoidance of fees typically means that the seller is trying to minimize the fees
assessed by Bricklink by having has very high extra fees that are tacked on to
the order that are not used to calculate the Bricklink fees. Having high lots
fees or high shipping fees are a typical cause.

Terms of Service (Fee Avoidance). I believe the wording is different when fees
are not paid on time.

Correct, that's "Reason: Non-Payment of Fees"

I had old fees but paid in total on Jam 12th. from that day balance is zero dollars.

My store is shut probably from that day and I didnt notice because I thought
I was not receiving orders and never opened BL.

Or the seller is contacting users to pay by an alternate method while cancelling
the orders on BL
