Hello everyone,

I own several minifig black falcon knights and they all have the black falcon
shield on the front of the torso. But I found one who has the black falcon shield
on the front and on the back of the torso. Is this normal? Is it a special edition?

Thank you very much for your answers and have a nice day.
Jérôme

Never seen that before; how old is the torso/how does it look on the inside?

Hello Akir,

Here are some other pictures of the torso, I can't find any information about
this type of Lego part. The piece looks authentic LEGO

That fig looks pretty warn. I would guess that someone just removed the arms
and put them back on the opposite side, turning it around.

It's on both sides though.

Has to be a misprint.

Check the pictures again and see the OP made pictures from both sides, check
the helmet for orientation.

I mis-read this as "this is on the back and other are on the front."
I need more coffee this morning.

That wouldn't explain why they have the shield on both sides.

Given the heavy wear, I imagine it is down to homemade decals.

Although there is some wear to the white areas where black is showing under the
white. That woudln't happen with a waterslide decal. So it might be a custom
print job or might be a real one printed twice. Either way, it is so damaged
it is trash.

I was also thinking about a manufacturing defect (double printing), it's
really a shame that it is so damaged, otherwise it would have found its place
in my collection of "unusual" items!

I don't know how the old machines back in the used to work compared to the
new ones. Anything is possible.

I will send the photos to Lego, maybe they will have archives with a beginning
of explanation

It will be interesting if they reply with any useful information. I doubt the
CS rep replying will have been born when it was made!

seriously!
