Hi
A buyer filled a NSS against me .
I sent a parcel w/o tracking and w/o insurance (he knew and accepted it after
my message attached to a quote request) .
Now the parcel seems to be lost .
I have a digital receipt from the post to prove I sent it .
How can I attach it to a mail to go against this NSS ?

A receipt is enough proof of shipping for Admin.
PayPal only accepts proof of delivery.
