| Checked goatleg and BL catalogue, can’t find although I know I’ve seen it before.
I struggle finding torso’s, don’t know why.

I remember finding this in a used lot and having a terrible time IDing it too

| Doesn’t show up easily, you need to know a lot about those that describe them.

It's very easy
It's a black printed torso
Go to :
Market - Color Guide - Black
Pick :
Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.
(Oddly enough THAT torso is the first one to show up! But that's a pure coincidence)
Put in -sticker in the "Find" bar and then sort by "Year released"
First page, 1998, 973pa2c01 ..
10 seconds tops, mate

it’s a nightmare to sort.
