The order was completed, the buyer received the items, but I haven't received

Strangely, I have received 2 orders (both from 4 digit fb sellers) over the years
that hadn't been invoiced yet

Are you saying the money is not in your PayPal account? BL doesn't "pay
out" like some other marketplace sites do - the money goes right to your
PayPal account (sales taxes and VAT are taken out automatically).
