I'm new to BL and offer shipping either USPS first class or retail ground.
My first order is in, but where do I create a shipping label at? Do most people
use a third party service?

I appreciate the help!

I use ShipStation for domestic orders, and PirateShip when I need to enter an
IOSS number.

I've heard many American sellers prefer pirate ship. its a 3rd party shipping
label creation site that lets you get access to commercial rates for USPS (possibly
others also)

I've been pretty happy with Pirate Ship. It's super simple to get the
hang of, and has a few nice features like saved package defaults (so i have things
like a "small, light padded envelope" preset which is a good portion
of what I ship) -- and shipping discounts.

You can create the label from Paypal using the integrated Shipstation service.
Pirate Ship is a great alternative (if you don't mind cutting and pasting
the address.)

USPS Retail Ground is not a good value for the money. Offer your buyers Priority
mail instead. It's faster, comes with a small amount of insurance and only
costs a few cents more in my experience.

There are a variety of ways to print shipping labels. If you have a PayPal business
account, then you should have a button at the top of your homepage that says
"PayPal Shipping", clicking that will take you ShipStation where you
can print a label. You can also use Pirate Ship or USPS.com.

I noticed that you don't accept PayPal as a payment method. You may want
to consider adding it, not just so that you can print shipping labels, but because
many buyers use PayPal and it is pretty common across BrickLink.

Please note that you don't have to print shipping labels at home; you can
always take your packages to the post office and purchase postage there. But
if you have a lot of orders, then it can save you a lot of time.
