A customer placed an order and was charged an additional $3 I have no idea why.
I have it set to charge $1 if the order is under $3 but his order was over that...besides
that would have been $1 extra not $3. Any help?

I just placed an item in my cart in your store that was over $3.99. When I started
the check out process, it only showed me $4.99 shipping + the state sales tax.
If the extra charge was a glitch, it looks like the glitch has been fixed, or
at least doesn't happen to everyone.
