Can I subsequently update this design (published or unpublished) with a new version?

I use the Studio 2.0 app to create the design.

Not yet.

For the moment, you can only upload as a new design (and then delete the old
one, or not).
This isn’t a problem for unpublished designs but, with published ones, you lose
the likes & comments.

It’s supposed to change “soon.”
