Hy,

I am quite a beginner with the functions of the site, best price and the lowest
price.

From my point of view I think it works like this:
Best Price: sort the product price and the shipping by the lowest price
Lowest Price: only sort the product price by the lowest price regardless of the
shipping price
But maybe I'm wrong.

So, I want to know how works "best price" and "lowest price"?

It depends where you are using it. If from a global search, lowest price gives
a list of all listed items matching the search, ranked from lowest to highest.
Best price takes all the items matching the search but groups them together,
so you will see lowest to highest for the first match item, then lowest to highest
for the second, and so on.

Neither uses shipping price as that is not known until it is put in a cart (at
best) or until you order and the seller invoices you (at worst).
