a quick look makes it seem like its more of a normal anti-virus protection thing
instead of something to cleanup my PC. I might go with the $3 thing from Norton
to cleanup my PC unless someone recommends something that would work better

I had Norton installed on a PC years ago and it was very 'demanding'
in terms of the amount of memory that it required making it run incredibly slowly,
but perhaps they've improved it since then. All of the ESET products are
very efficient and have minimal impact on performance so it might be an option
- I'd 100% recommend them to anyone! We use 'Internet Security' which
is more advanced than NOD32 - but that's also very good.
If you're running Windows & haven't completed a full disk cleanup (including
both the standard and system files) it might be worth doing - especially on older
machines. And, clearing out your browsing history may also work wonders as well
if you haven't done that for a while!!
I haven't ever bothered with any cheap cleanup 'fixes' - from what
I've heard they just seem to slow it down it even more.
