Hello,

On December 31st I sent my customer a refund for some missing parts. The order
is now showing that the refund was issued twice. I checked my PayPal account
and the money was taken out twice. I only issued 1 refund. Why or how was it
deducted twice?? Attached is a screen shot of the order showing the refunds.
The order number is #20926376. Any help would be appriceated.

or here: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register with the
same address as on the main site)

The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).

Don't want to make people mad, but those are the tactics of modern scammers.
So some people may get suspicious of the double refund. Just saying, you may
need brick link to confirm it isn't a scam.

This happened to me the other day; I believe it was because I accidentally double-clicked
the "Submit refund to..." button when confirming the refund. I messaged
the buyer and told them it was a mistake and wished them a merry Christmas, but
the next day they refunded my refund... and called it refundception. Made me
smile

This happened to me the other day; I believe it was because I accidentally double-clicked

I've also had this happen when the refund error pops up that says something
along the lines, "refund could not be completed, please try again later".
Well when I tried again later, it submitted the first time, so the refund went
through twice.
