I could accept 5%, even 6% - I wouldn't like it, but I would accept it, if
the store had good prices (relative to stores w/o such fees) otherwise - but
10% is gouging.

The deeper I dig the less I like your store. Apart from the 10% price gouging,
you have in dark red for 25 EUR each! And only 6 of them at that!
You need a reality check on your pricing!
Certainly not considering your store to buy in!
