If a minifigure has an inventory available here on BrickLink, there will be an
(Inv) right after the catalog number. That's your link.
Also, on the catalog detail page, there is a tab for Minifigure Inventory.

Access to all the data and inventories you need is available through using the
site. I would imagine from Bricklinks perspective it wouldn’t be in their best
interest to allow anyone to download vast chunks of the catalogued inventories
as all their data could end up being used for other purposes outside of using
Bricklink itself!

I guess if you just want a simple inventory link for each minifigure you could
copy all the links into Word but I’m not sure how this will be more beneficial
over using the site itself?

Minifig No: hp099 Name: Albus Dumbledore - Sand Blue Outfit with Silver Embroidery
*
hp099 (Inv) Albus Dumbledore - Sand Blue Outfit with Silver Embroidery
Minifigures: Harry Potter

For instance this would be the inventory link for the above Dumbledore minfiugure
hp099:-

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?M=hp099

But for speed you can take the below part of the link and just add any other
minfigure code after M=
