Hey Girls and Guys,
is there any possibility to mark a received Order when the buyer didn‘t mark
it as received? I know, that she received it because she send me an e-mail but
she „forgot“ to mark it in the System… I can‘t contact her (the buyer) anymore
cause the account seems to be inacitve or deleted.

Don't do anything. They don't need to be marked.

Don’t worry about it. It’s up to the buyer if they want to mark the order as
received or completed but only some do. Most will never update the status so
don’t worry about it

Technically you can mark it as complete, but I strongly recommend against it.
It’s likely to eventually lead to a negative feedback.
