Hi,

This morning I received one order. There was only 1 minifigure and a few parts.
The minifigure was mentionned as "NEW". But 1 arm is cracked, the second
has a little mark and I think it won't be long before it will crack too.
And I really think the minifigure is not new but has already been used !

The seller ask me to return him the minifigure in a simple letter.
Sorry, I NEVER ship anything without tracking ! He could be able to say that
I haven't returned the minifigure !

I asked the seller to take the shipping fees in charge (1,66€) but he's now
silent...
And after looking at his Feedback, few of them are negative or neutral, with
comments like "New parts/figs are used"...

I can open a claim, or pay myself for the return (but I don't really want
to !)
All I can do in the Order Problem is to file a NSS, but the reasons included
are not exactly what happened...

If the seller is a business he should pay for return shipping.
If you file a PayPal dispute, you still have to return the item.
Is the figure worth the effort?

The minifigure is sh034 Hawkeye. I paid 6€ for this minifigure. Even if it's
not too much, I want to be assured that I would have my money back.
The seller do that as "a hobby", like mentioned on his store ! I know
some people that take their own hobbies more seriously !!
I think I will return him the minifigure and wait for his payment...

Take pictures.

Try to resolve this first with the seller.

He shouldn't ask you to reship, or at least fully pay for the return.

File an NSS (Item listed in error = New vs Used) for example.

Open a PayPal claim.

If he's a scammer, don't let him keeping damaging the image of BrickLink
and the majority of good people here.

In the future check seller feedback before ordering. Then proceed accordingly.

And then it depends the decision of the BL Admin.

So, it can stay; it's worth trying.

And anyway, an Admin will see there has been problem.

I did this for the exact same reason - seller shipped three incorrect figs (figs
with completely incorrect parts) and asked me to pay for their return. I filed
an NSS and BrickLink removed it without communication. The seller gave me retaliatory
Negative feedback as a response to my feedback.
