| Hi guys,
There is this idiotic seller who keep on spamming insulting message over months
due to an unpleasant purchase.
How do I block him or raise this issue to the admin?

Received yet another insulting message again. He has this habit to sent such
message on a holiday.

Quite a crazy dude. Have reported him to the local police for harassments as
well. Who know what he will do to me one day.
Somehow his message get through even though he is on my stop-list. =(

Ah, I believe the stop list or no contact settings don't prevent messages
via the Contact button on your shop banner. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Ah, I believe the stop list or no contact settings don't prevent messages
via the Contact button on your shop banner. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Not sure how he did it but my message (telling him to stop) is unable to reach
him.

This SHOULD NOT BE. Make him unregistered.
Report him there (see drop down list for options, and explain in decription):

Eventually open an Help Desk ticket also.
Unfortunately, just at Xmas, it may take a few days.

I had this before, though it was a personal message, not related to a transaction.
I had to get the admin involved.
