ordered Sunday shipped out Monday. Can I have this negative feed back removed

Looks like the buyer marked it by accident, then left a neutral as a note. Admins
usually only remove feedback for cancellations and swearing.

Both of you seem like good people. You could also ask them to change their feedback
later, once the order arrives. Patience is always appreciated.
