| Good evening
I have been away for a little while (since january 2022) and catching up with
my lego... I just logged into my account and all my orders from the last 3 years
have disappeared... I don't seems to be able to find them !
Anybody had the same problem ?

exact order details are purged after 6 months but you can find basic details

Please do - as he badly needs a modern keyboard with capitals and punctuation

That was very handy indeed....
On downloading I noticed the format of date-fields varies over time:
1/22/2017
12-3-2016
12-3-2016
5/21/2016
12/18/2015
Are just a few lines in my download. Any tips on handling this elegantly?

Thank you for the thread. I had the same problem, but now using the link I can
see the purged orders.
FYI, for the date issue there is date format option when downloading the data
which you can change.

Replace all with regex but that's a bit complicated - but I'm sure there
are solutions for this on the web.
Otherwise try other formats and their import in Excel - if it's what you
want to use?

| Orders are only retained for 6 months. You are able to download some details
after this time.
