Hi,

I am wondering how Can I use Rubber Belts like piece number 70902 in the Design
like what we see in Lego Building Instructions?

Is there a special way to change their shapes and align them with elements like
piece 4265c?

You could use rubber belts for suspension on a car or something else.

As for your question about flexible parts, some parts are flexible (some hoses,
chains…) but some are not (rubbers…).
The feature is not very friendly and, AFAIK, the devs are looking for a better
way to use it.  So, in the meantime, there’s no new flexible parts.
