I can't tell from the photo but what hair does the figure with the sunglasses,
blue shirt with orange stripes have?

Also does anyone have a photo of the figure in white?

This is what first comes to mind. But without a better look at the minifig, it's
just a best-guess

Looking further, it would be a wrong best-guess. It seems this part was introduced
two years after that particular store opening creation.
