What do you do if shipping costs more than your estimate?

Do you just eat it or tack on more to the invoice?

Thanks

Don't tack it on to the invoice without also giving the buyer a chance to
cancel.
Ideally eat it, but if it is significant, and you are not making enough profit
to cover it, I would understand why you would want to either have the order canceled
or have the buyer pay the full shipping cost.

You do risk a non shipping seller report and/or negative feedback if you do anything
other than just honor the original estimate even if it costs you.
This could cost you more, in the long term, than just covering the extra cost.
