| Hello, can someone help me please? Almost a year ago I bought legos from a German
seller. They've sent me a parcel, but due to the packaging damage it's
been sent back by the post office employees. The seller has not received it back.
I kept in touch with them and asked for refund. After over 20 emails they've
accepted refund, but it was already 6 months after the order has been placed.
I was asked to provide PP details. When I've done that, they become dead
silent. No money, no answers, nothing. Is there any chance I could get my money
back?

After almost a year? You'd be completely dependent on the seller's good
will.

I can understand them not refunding, given it has been almost a year and they
have not received the parcel back.
Why was it sent back to them? Surely if it was damaged then you would have been
asked whether you want to accept it or not?
