| I have had part of an order returned to me which the customer received on the
8th June, They have now opened a paypal dispute saying the items where not received
in the first place. They changed the order status to received and never complained
back in June. It has been 4 months since the customer has received the order
and now wants to return the items for a full refund! What should I Do?

Did you get back all the parts ? Paypal gives buyers 180 days to open a dispute
about a purchase. If you received. everything that was ordered, I'd refund
and move on. Alternatively , you could fight the dispute with Paypal if you can
show the parts / order was delivered - tracking confirmation . They can hardly
claim they didn't receive them if they returned them to you . Especially
if the return address is theirs - I believe you can upload photos in a Paypal
case . However 99% of the time, Paypal sides with the buyer.
It's kind of up to you how far you want to pursue this.

They have put pictures of 2 flowers they received on paypal stating I sent the
wrong items
