| Hi,
I received an order with not genuine Lego parts (strings). I have double checked
with the ones I have in my own collection (from a set which I have bought sealed).
I have messaged the seller and asked him if he was aware that the strings that
he has sold me, where not the original Lego stings. There was a picture of the
strings itself, but from a photo it can be hard to recognize this.
If it was just one string, I think a would let it go, but it are 12 strings (3
different ones) and I had to buy them out of my country, which let to higher
shipping costs. No problem if it were the genuine ones, but for just some normal
strings I would not have ordered them.
I have contacted the seller, but no reaction back (store is also suspended and
I now read some feedback about common hoses and strings).
Any idea how to proceed? I can start a claim through Pay Pal, but how do I do
this through Bricklink? I don't want to receive retaliatory feedback.
Kind regards,
José

I'd go down the paypal route and NSS here. Leaving feedback is pointless
if the store is currently suspended. If they are allowed back then maybe consider
leaving it again.
