It would be great to have access to add parts to a Wanted List via the API.

I'd like to make an app that lets me scan in a barcode from a bin and add
pre-defined colours of that part to a Wanted List for ordering.

Thanks!

In the meantime, you should be able to do something with the upload page and
using the XML format.

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/wanted/upload.page tab “Updload BrickLink XML format”

It adds to the Wanted List specified in the XML if you select the special
‘Follow XML Spec’ entry.
The IDs to use in the XML are on the right of the page.
