There are few Red Racers (8674 and 8386). However, the one in the picture uses
the latest panel fairings. It looks like it is a custom set, not an official
lego model.

Can you highlight/circle the parts you're interested in on your picture?
Not sure what a 'Halo' part is. If it's the flex axle, then look
