| How do you put items up for just one buyer?
I have a fellow who wants to but a lot of items, and i figured I could list them
here with prices, then he can pick out what he wants. Is there a simple way to
do this? Thanks!

You can reserve the items for them. There is a Reserved For: box on every entry
in your inventory.
Better still, add a checkout method for Leave Order Open. As long as you don't
invoice or mark the order Ready or beyond, they can add to their order as often
and for as long as you will tolerate.
