| Hi I was wondering if there was a way to compare wanted list in brinklink the
same way rebrickable for example can compare mocs. I know I could do it per part
but was wondering if this could be done in an easier way. I would use rebrickable
to do it but some of my mocs are from other sites so I cant really compare them.

Nope, sorry, no Wanted List comparison here.
No WL arithmetics at all (merge, difference, intersection).

Brickstore lets you import your Wanted List and you can workout a comparison
there.
